In order for ZIS empowerment to run optimally, professional institutions are needed that can manage ZIS funds properly. LAZ Zakat Success as one of the zakat management institutions in Indonesia is expected to be able to distribute ZIS funds effectively and on target. By managing and distributing ZIS funds effectively, it will have an impact on improving people's welfare. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS in improving people's welfare in LAZ Zakat Sukses Depok. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. By using maqasid sharia as a measurement of the level of effectiveness, the results of this study state that the distribution of ZIS funds by LAZ Zakat Sukses through the 5 pillars of the program implemented can be said to be effective in improving people's welfare. This is evidenced by the fulfillment of 5 aspects that exist in maqasid sharia including religious protection, protection of life, protection of reason, protection of offspring, and protection of property so that it has an impact on increasing community welfare. | ||
