The company needs a guarantee of the availability of goods from suppliers. In the supply chain concept, supplier is an important role in the sustainability of the company. Problem of shipping goods from suppliers can make stockout and long lead time. In this research use AHP method and TOPSIS method for choose the best one of supplier. There is 4 criterias that standard company, such as price, quality, delivery, service, warranty and claim policies. From AHP method calculated the value from each criteria, the purpose is choose the best one of supplier. After that the results from AHP method is used to decision making with TOPSIS method. Based on the results, the selected sub-criteria is Quality with a weight of 31%. For the Price sub-criteria, the competitive price sub-criteria was chosen with a weight of 44%. In the Quality sub-criteria, the sub-criteria for the provision of goods without defects was selected with a weight of 49%. In the selected Service sub-criteria, the responsiveness sub-criteria resolves customer complaints with a weight of 49%. In the Delivery sub-criteria, the guarantee sub-criteria is selected for goods received in good condition with a weight of 55%. In the Delivery sub-criteria, the guarantee sub-criteria is selected for the goods to be received without defects with a weight of 45%. In selecting the best alternative with the TOPSIS method. The highest preference value obtained by the supplier of PT. SBI with a preference value of 0.8654.
