Usually they spend from 6 - 8 hours in the office, which makes time to move actively is very limited so it tends to cause physical inactivity Factors that will influence the occurence of Iow back pain are individual factors, work factors, and environmental factors, namely age, gender, length of working, duration of computer use estimates that of all occupational diseases, MSDs have a prevalence of up to 60%, with the most frequently affected body part, namely the back. Research Objectives: To find out how the duration of computer use is related to problems of low back pains among all employees of contractor companies in Tangerang. Methods: The research used a cross sectional study methods with 20 respondent as a sample through a questionaire. The variables used my this study were the duration of computer use as independent variable and Low Back Pain as dependent variable. Results: Based on the results I did with SPSS 24 test, the Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant value of 0.011 for the relationship between long sitting and neck pain. Conclusion: From this result of my analysis of this studies, it was found about there is relationships between the duration of computer use and low back pain for contractor employees in Tangerang. | ||
