Summary

To achieve success in taxation, the active role of taxpayers is required to comply with their tax obligations. This study aims to determine whether there is influence from the quality of tax services, taxpayer awareness, and tax incentives on individual taxpayer compliance at the KPP Pratama Cilandak. This study used a quantitative method with the sample being individual taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Cilandak. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data is processed and tested using Partial Least Square with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method tested by the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tax services and taxpayer awareness significantly has a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the KPP Pratama Cilandak. Meanwhile, tax incentives have no effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the KPP Pratama Cilandak.
