This study took 96 consumer respondents from the Amefurashi Store in Tokopedia and used purposive sampling techniques to investigate, analyze, and prove whether the promotions carried out in the Amefurashi Store have an effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is known that promotion and e-service quality have a positive, significant, and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in the Amefurashi Store on Tokopedia, which means that sales promotions are direct stimuli aimed at consumers to make purchases. Sales promotions affect consumers in purchasing decisions..
