| Summary: | Adolescents are very vulnerable to deviant behavior problems, especially in reproductive health, which can be caused by low family resilience and the adverse effects of social media. When adolescents find it difficult to deal with a problem, risky behaviors such as; promiscuous sex, unwanted pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, early marriage, and abortion will occur. This study aims to determine the relationship between family resilience and social media with reproductive health behavior in adolescent boys at SMP X South Jakarta. The test was conducted using Chi-Square with a cross-sectional analytical descriptive approach, the sample amounted to 198 male adolescent respondents, and sampling was carried out using the Stratified Sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family resilience and reproductive health behavior (p-value 0.023) OR = 1,930 and there was a significant relationship between social media and reproductive health behavior (p-value 0.042) OR = 0,228. The researcher recommends the results of this study so that families have an understanding, assistance, and supervision of adolescent reproductive health behavior and become the basis for adolescent reproductive health service policies in the school environment. |
