ANALISIS FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Summary

This study aimed to determine the effect of internal and external factors on company value. Internal factors consists of Profitability proxied with Return On Equity (ROE) and Investment Decision proxied with Price Earning Ratio (PER). External factors consists of Interest Rate by BI Rate and and Inflation proxied with Inf. Population in this study were coal mining factors companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2014-2017. Technique sampling used was purposive sampling and obtained 15 coal mining sector companies with research period of four years to obtain 60 units of sample. Data analysis was done using Microsoft Excel 2010 and hypothesis testing used Data Panel Regression Analysis with E-Views 9.0 program with significant level of 5%. The result of this study partially shows that (1) profitability (ROE) has a significant positive effect on company value (PBV), (2) investment decision (PER) has no significant effect on company value (PBV), (3) interest rate (BI rate) has no significant effect on company value (PBV); and (4) Inflation (Inf) has no significant effect on company value (PBV).
