This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of the impact of leaked trade secrets on the sustainability of company operations by considering information security strategies related to the vulnerability of trade secret leaks by employees. This writing uses normative legal methods with a statutory approach and a case study. Taking the example of a case that occurred at PT. CNL Maju Bersatu and related to the legal consequences that occur in accordance with Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets, this study produces the impact of the leak of trade secrets in the form of company losses and the loss of secret methods which are key to the company's operations, as well as the importance of obtaining an interlocutory decision to stop unauthorized use of trade secrets during the litigation process. Through physical strategy, this can be done by planning, inventorying trade secrets to be able to identify information that you want to keep confidential, planning physical security systems and information technology, installing property to prohibit the taking of trade secrets on certain trade secret objects, training and outreach to employees regarding the importance of trade secrets. , and making written agreements in the form of work agreements and trade secret agreements with consultants. Through this study, it is hoped that there will be good cooperation between companies and employees in maintaining the company's effectiveness by protecting trade secrets which are vulnerable to leaks which will result in company losses
