Summary

The final Task report titled on "Review of travel procedures of service PT PLN (Persero) Unit of Burden Management Center" which aims to review the payment procedure of service travel in the company of PT PLN (Persero) The parent unit of the Load control center. The Travel agency is a journey carried by employees of an institution related to the duty of the service. The travel destination of one of them is to attend a working meeting and education and training. An agency travel payment procedure is required to arrange a sequence that begins with the issuance of an official travel warrant for employees up to the accountability report. After the execution of the service, employees have the right to apply for funds to replace the funds that have been used with the reporting of the travel accountability. The officer is obliged to answer all matters pertaining to the implementation of the service journey to the task giver and the cost of travel to PPK at least 5 (five) working days after the travel of the service conducted. Documents related to the service travel reporting include letter of duty, disposition and proof of cash out. All matters pertaining to the payment of service travel are governed by regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 113/PMK. 05/2012.
