520 |a This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence between work environment and work stress on employee performance with employee engagement as a moderating variable for employees of the Business Directorate of PT Artajasa Electronic Payments. The study used 55 respondents, with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the path analysis method and data processing is carried out through SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the test obtained (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Artajasa Payment Elektronikis employees. (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Artajasa Payment Elektronik. (3) the work environment has no negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT Artajasa Elektronik Payment moderated by employee engagement. (4) work stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Artajasa Electronic Payments employees, moderated by employee engagement. (5) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Artajasa Payment Elektronik's employees.
