Antonio Giordano (born October 11, 1962) is an Italian-American oncologist, pathologist, geneticist, researcher, and professor. He is the Director of the Sbarro Institute for Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine in Philadelphia and a Professor of Anatomy and Pathological Histology in the Department of Medical Biotechnology at the University of Siena.

His father, Giovan Giacomo Giordano, was an oncologist and pathologist at the National Cancer Institute in Naples, while his mother, Maria Teresa Sgambati, also came from a family with a strong scientific background. Giordano continued his academic career in the United States, holding faculty positions at several universities. He received numerous international awards and mentored many young researchers.
